Is your skin fill itchy and irritating?

If the answer of the above questions is Yes! Then you probably have Eczema! And if that is the case then you probably are using creams to moisturize your skin. As these creams are rich in vitamin E and Aloe Vera, which makes you relief from itching.

Although there is nothing wrong on with that treatment, it is proven to work to many people. Vitamin E and Aloe Vera are essential for a healthy skin. And I highly recommend using it!

But as you know these creams can get expensive, and that’s why I am writing this article. You see you can create a similar effect to get relief from eczema, using homemade products such as Milk.

Yes Milk. You probably thinking that it is impossible, even doctors suggest avoiding milk so how can milk cure eczema? Well you’re right; if you suffer from eczema you should avoid consumption of milk. But what I am going to tell you is something different. You are not going to consume milk orally, but instead using it in a different way.

So are you ready?

To use this treatment you should pour a gallon of whole milk into a tub of lukewarm water and then soak in it. Be careful on this, the water must not to be very hot, because very hot water can activate histamines activity within your skin cells and cause you to itch. So it must be warm water but not hot water.

Now when you are soaking the milk, your skin will absorb the fats that are contained in the milk. These fats are used as moisturizers, just like moisturizers on the creams, and they will strengthen your skin, moistening it and making it more durable and flexible!

Now you must wonder why will these happen, right? Well let me tell you why.

You see Milk contains high amounts of lactic acid and this acid penetrates your skin and that penetration makes you loose and removes dead skin cells that are on the surface of your skin. And when these dead cells are removed, the skin becomes bacterial free and allowing the under skin up and making the skin stronger and younger and better able to protect the body and do the work that skin is supposed to do.
