Are you tired of your office chair breaking all the time? Many people have a problem with their office chairs and the reason is because they don’t know what to do to stop them from breaking all the time. If you want to stop your office chair from breaking so fast then you need to do all you can to take care of it and treat it properly.
Have you ever pushed your office chair under a desk so hard that you feel like the monitor is about to fall off? This is one of the ways people break their chairs and you really shouldn’t have a reason to do this. When you are moving your chair around you need to be aware of what you are doing. My advice is to always use two hands when doing anything with your chair. This will help you take control of what you do which will ultimately help your chair.
Something else that will help you out a lot is to just clean your chair every now and again. This doesn’t actually help keep your chair intact longer but what it does is it puts the thought in your mind that this is your chair and you need to take care of it. If you own something then you will most likely treat it better and that is what you will try to get through to yourself right here.
One other thing you can do to stop your chair from breaking is to have 2 chairs. The benefit of owning 2 chairs is that you will only use them half of the time which will cut the breakage rate in half. I know this might seem a little bit over the top but you can’t be too careful when it comes to high priced office furniture. Trust me, I used to use 4-5 chairs per year but when you go through that many you start to figure out what you are doing wrong.
Just do yourself a favor and treat things like if they were actually in your home. You need to treat your chairs as if they were you favorite recliner in your home. Like I said earlier, you need to do something so that you are not going through 4 or 5 chairs every single year like I was and if you need to, buy a wood office chair. Just know there are a bunch of great chairs out there for you to get so find ones that will work good for you.
