Do you find your mind wanders a lot. Do you randomly web surf at work?

I know how you feel. I’ve sat in front of my desk and asked, what am I doing here? I get cross at myself for doing nothing, even when I know I should be doing something and in fact I have lots to do.

But there is a secret technique which can help you to master concentration.

Not being about to concentrate can mean you need to take a break. Yet, do you break more than you work? Do you want to be powerful, unshakable, rock solid and focused?

What is this technique?

The secret is EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). Many EFTers just simply refer to it as tapping.

An Olympic athlete has laser-beam concentration. He or She is focused on one thing. Winning. Psychologists have called this state, the flow, the zone and peak performers in all walks of life can access it when they want.

Imagine it – the ability to focus 110% on what you want to achieve – whether it’s at work or in sports. Even if you have to do something as mundane as studying for an exam.

EFT can help you create a calm state of mind on focus on what really needs to get done.

You can start right now by tapping and staying:

Even though I constantly get distracted from your goal for whatever reason, I deeply and completely love, forgive and accept myself.

Even though I’m struggling to finish this essay, I choose to easy write a creativity ending.

You may not be able to study because you have other more pressing emotional needs on your hands. This is bread and butter for EFT. Any emotional ‘thing’ that is stopping you from concentration and doing what you need to get done, can easily be resolved with EFT.

Quite often you will have task overwhelm. You’ll have set yourself a task which yes on the surface is possible. Yet, you actually think and feel that it is not.

Even though I’ve set myself the impossible task of doing X, I deeply and completely love, forgive and accept myself.

Even though I’m not good enough or smart enough to finish this. I accept all of me, just the way I am.

Emotional Freedom Techniques will give you a wonderful knowledge that you’re performing to the utmost of your ability and easily as possible.

The only down side is yes, you will have to finish whatever it is that you’re focusing on.

How much quicker could you finish what you need to, if you could remain focused for as long as you needed to?
