The Miramar Young Marines gained the Enrique “Kiki” Camarena Award from the Drug Enforcement Administration. The award acknowledges the youth group’s attempts to reduce drug use by educating the neighborhood and peer-to-peer purpose modeling.

The Miramar chapter is component of the Younger Marines, a nationwide youth management and support software for ages 8 by means of high faculty.
